Tenma Wandering

So last weekend I went shopping with friends on Saturday at Tenma mallway, and got a few things~ like some snazy walking shoes and a coat, among some snacks here and there.... there were many interesting things along the way, not to mention the friends I was with.

These were once Stalin's socks.
The Forget You: become a winner?

Kuroneko is supposed to be unlucky i think....

I have a good tolerance for the rain now

People are paid to yell for sales here, too

Interesting shop/shopkeeper selling Turkish and Indian clothes in Japan

Live street bands!

We also went to a temple/Tenma festival of some sort. It was neat seeing temply things, pieces of a wedding, street vendors, and the like.

Instead of cutting a cake, in Japanese traditional weddings,
you open a barrel of sake, and drink three sips each.

Interesting that it looks so Japanese,
but has this modern pump sitting outside

Roof Zodiac!

Friends!

This is a bank mascot. The mascots here are all adorable.
After going to the temple we decided to check out Osaka, but we only really wandered around (and up several escalators) the station and very close surrounding area.

There were some interesting installations near the station

This was a small garden thing near the movie theater.
2 or 3 English movies were playing, tickets around 3000 yen

Even says it on the clock

I think it's kind of interesting that the pregnant symbol
has their head missing on the door.
It was decided later we needed to wander around more, and bring a Japanese person, or several, next time, so we could have a little easier time deciding which way to go.
